Perform shortened rows 2 times - in the 1st and 4th general persons. rows. Thus, 8 rows will be knitted along the front of the product, and 12 rows along the back and sleeves. When performing shortened rows, additions before and after raglan lines are not performed!

Next we knit with additions until the total length of the raglan line is 12-13 cm. This is 6 “shells” + 2 rows. The total number of loops was: on the fronts - 23, on the sleeves - 33, on the back - 44, and 8 raglan loops.

5. Distribution into parts

We transfer the sleeve loops to extra. knitting needles or pins WITHOUT raglan loops and continue to knit both fronts and the back with a single fabric with the formation of undercuts - this is a line of additional air loops between the shelf and the back. We cast on 4 air loops on each side of the knitting.

It is knitted like this: using stockinette stitch we knit the front loops, 2 loops of the 1st raglan, 4 chain stitches, transfer the sleeve loops to a pin, then transfer 2 loops of the 2nd raglan to the main knitting needles, back loops, 2 loops of the 3rd raglan, 4 chain stitches loops, sleeve loops transfer to a pin, 2 loops of the 4th raglan, shelf loops.

The total is: back-front 23+23+44+8=98 loops and an additional 4 between each shelf and back. loops = total 98+8= 106 loops.

Continue knitting in stockinette stitch without any additions until the total length from the neck line is 32-33 cm.

6. Recess for the zipper

To form a recess (recess) for the zipper, add 2 air loops at the beginning and end of the next front row.

The total number of loops will be 106 + 4 = 110 p. 110 p.

7. Pants legs

8. Hood

Initially cast on open loops from the second knitting needles, knit three rows with a 1x1 elastic band.

At the same time, in order for the hood to fit the volume of the baby’s head, it is necessary to reduce the total number of loops to 58-64, for which in the 1st row of elastic, knit 2 sts. through an equal number of loops. In our overalls this is every 8 p. = 61 p.

For a drawstring binding around the circumference of the hood in the 4th row from the beginning of knitting the hood (i.e. in the 1st row of the front stitch), knit as follows:

Row 4: cast off the first 5 stitches at the beginning of the row, then all stitches to the end of the row according to the pattern

The number of stitches on the knitting needles is 53.

Knit 2 rows.

We divide the knitting into three parts and begin to knit the rounding according to the principle of the heel and toe. 52 p.: 3 = 18+17+18 loops. To ensure that the depth of the hood is not too great, knit 2 stitches 4-5 times together from the left knitting needle.
