First, let's create a sketch of the crown. Then we will translate it on plain paper. We folded the A4 sheet in half to make our decoration symmetrical and drew a preliminary diagram. Keep in mind that the size of a sheet of cardboard or colored paper may be slightly smaller than standard A4.

We then cut out the crown pieces from paper.

Now you need to fasten the halves with a stapler and try on the crown model on the child’s head. If necessary, we adjust the size of the crown - narrow it or, conversely, make the template a little wider.

We separate the parts again and transfer the template onto colored paper or cardboard.

Carefully cut out the parts and connect them using glue or a stapler. The crown for the princess or prince is ready. If desired, you can decorate it with colored applique or rhinestones.

A crown made in the style of quilling looks very unusual.

Materials:

photocopy paper (3 shades);
knife (stationery);
PVA glue;
thin stick or wooden toothpick.

Instructions:

We cut the sheets into strips 0.5 mm wide.
Using a toothpick, wrap 48 circles. We flatten half of them into diamonds (alternating shades to suit your taste).
Glue the round pieces together.
We glue diamonds into the spaces between the round elements.
We glue the third row with round elements, gluing them between the rhombuses.
Making a snowflake tiara. Glue together 6 ovals.
In the spaces between them we put 6 more ovals of a different color.
We make the third row with diamonds. Moreover, we use 7 blanks so that 1 oval of the previous row is covered with diamonds on 2 sides.
Glue the double diamond into the base crown.
WITH wrong side Apply glue to the structure and leave to dry.
Spray the back and front of the crown with hairspray.

How to make a paper crown for a king?

The crown for the king is more restrained in terms of decor, so it can be made in just a few minutes.

Materials:

10 paper squares 8x8 cm;
PVA glue.

Instructions:

Fold the paper blanks diagonally.
Fold the resulting triangles in half.
We open the workpiece, coat the right half with glue, insert a triangle, and press it.

Repeat steps 3-4 7 times.

Instructions:

Making a 1/4 module

We cut the A4 sheet into 4 equal parts.

Fold the resulting triangle blank in half.

Making a 1/32 module

We cut the A4 sheet into 32 equal parts.

Making the crown:

We coat the bottom edge of the large module and glue the next one to it.
We connect all 1/4 size modules.
We make decorations from small modules. We slightly bend the lower corners outward and, having coated them with glue, put them into the cuts on the large modules.
Let the craft dry. The crown is ready.

How to make a paper crown for a girl's room?

A regal crown with the name of the little hostess will be a cute element of decor for a girl’s room.

Materials:

crown pattern;
cardboard;
different colored paper(copier is better);
PVA glue;
stationery scissors;
double sided tape;
decorations (lace, fabric flowers, etc.)

Instructions:

Print out the crown pattern.
We outline it on cardboard and carefully cut it out.

I’ve seen and touched such products and it’s...it’s not good). My way of making such things is golden mean between hand-sculpting and professional factory execution.

So, we will make a crown like this:

We will need the following things: a soldering iron, two medical clamps, a wooden board, flux and soldering fat, rosin, lead-free solder, a sponge for cleaning the soldering iron tip, hot glue, instant glue

Crystals in two sizes, emerald colors, pink opal, champagne and tsapi (can be found in different price categories - Swarovski, Preciosa, on the Chinese website), beads different sizes and shades (China, Zlatka from Leonardo specifically in my case, as well as metal elements, or disassemble purchased ones), metal decorative elements - openwork leaves, flowers, main elements - metal ovals - in in this case everything is in gold/bronze, filigree - I buy it at a local store, you can also order other parts from China, which can be seen in the photo below. By and large, there is no point in describing the entire decor in detail, because everyone will have their own design, the main thing here is the basis.

The main components of the crown are the rim, filigree, and metal ovals.

Let's begin. We insert the soldering iron into the socket. We work carefully, the solder is very fluid, it can fall from the tip onto your lap or burst, and then hot drops will fly everywhere. For example, into the eyes, as it happened to me.

The clamps are needed to avoid getting burned, since the entire surface will become very hot.

Apply flux to the surface of the rim.

We collect solder by leaning the tip against it.

If the solder is without rosin, then first moisten it in rosin so that it is more fluid, otherwise it will be too thick and will not lie on the surface.

We begin to apply solder to the rim treated with flux. We lean the tip with solder against the rim and apply the solder. We simply move the tip like a brush, making sure that the solder lies down.

So, we have tinned the surface of the rim on which we will solder filigree elements.

We are preparing the filigree for soldering. We will solder it in three places - places of adhesion to the rim. We estimate the filigree to the rim in advance and mark these points. We apply fat to these places

We collect solder and apply it to the fat with a touch of the tip.

This is how we prepare all the filigree.

We mark the center of the rim, take the filigree and lean it against the rim, secure the position with a clamp. Firmly so that the filigree does not move during the soldering process. Otherwise it will be crooked.

We collect solder, lean the tip against the places where the solder was previously applied to the filigree in the places of planned contact, hold the tip a little, the solder between the filigree and the rim should warm up, melt and flow, fastening them together

Along the circumference of the rim we solder the rest of the filigree in the same way, the only difference is that on the sides they will also be attached to each other.

We fasten the second filigree with two clamps to secure the position.

We press the contact points of the filigree with a clamp, apply grease to the place where they are fastened and apply solder.

We lay the rest of the filigree around the circumference of the rim in the same way. Remember to let the solder cool before removing the clamps. At least 15 seconds.

We attach the combs to the rim. We tin them in the same way as the rim at the beginning.

We press it tightly to the rim. We warm the surface with the tip with the collected solder, so that the solder previously applied to the ridge melts and creates adhesion.

Now it's the turn of the metal ovals. We need to solder one oval to one free filigree. Selected contact points are in the photo.

We press the filigree to the back side of the oval, apply grease to the contact points and apply solder.

Result

We take the finished filigree and oval element and press it with clamps. Apply fat to the contact points and use the tip with the collected solder.

We fasten all the parts in this way along the circumference of the rim. We adjust the height of each part as desired.

The base is ready. Wash thoroughly with dishwashing detergent and dry immediately with a towel.

We take wire and beads, rhinestones, decorative elements and twist branches from this.

We glue the crystals with hot glue.

Let's take it thin threads from beads, we glue the crystals around the perimeter with gold, and we glue the twisted edges of the ovals with black. Glue it on with glue.

You need to prepare:

gold-colored paper;
scissors;
pencil;
glue.

The paper is cut into small squares.

It should be borne in mind that a square folded diagonally will form the top of the crown, so you need to decide on the size of the blanks at this stage. Each square is folded diagonally to form double triangles with the base connected. A single strip should be created from the blanks.

For the center of the crown, you need to take one triangle and coat the corners of its base with glue. On both sides, the corners are inserted inside the other two triangles. Thus, the tops of the crown overlap.

The extreme triangle is inserted into the workpiece from the other end of the strip and glued. There are two ways to combine triangles: either by creating the entire crown using the same method as its central part, or by sequentially nesting each piece into the next. In any case, the crown looks interesting and will suit both boys and girls.

A paper crown can become a masterpiece of art if made using the quilling technique.

Paper lace

Working on such a product is quite labor-intensive, but the result will exceed all expectations.

To perform a fantasy crown, you need to prepare:

paper of three colors (white, blue, lilac);
glue;
stationery knife;
toothpick

Before starting work, it is advisable to make a product template. The diagram is needed to understand where and what element is supposed to be used. It is drawn by hand. Sheets of paper are cut into strips 5 mm wide. The length of each strip should be 21 cm.

The first row of the crown has details in the form of circles.

They are made by twisting a strip onto a toothpick. The resulting tube unravels slightly, and the free end of the paper is fixed with glue. For the base of the crown, 18 similar elements should be created. The circles are glued together into a single line. The second row contains diamond-shaped details. Diamonds are made in the same way as circles, but at the moment the tube opens, you should press the circle with your fingers on both sides, forming a diamond. The tip of the strip is also glued.

Diamonds are glued between the circles. The third line of the crown consists entirely of circles that are fixed between the diamonds. Don't forget about alternating paper colors. This crown contains a main central detail in the form of a snowflake. It needs to be made separately.

Before forming this element, teardrop-shaped blanks should be made. They are created by the usual twisting on a toothpick.

While the strip is slowly unraveling, you need to gently press the circle on both sides. Glue the paper tip. For a snowflake you will need 12 drops different color and 7 diamonds. The elements are glued together, as shown in the photo.

The snowflake is carefully fixed to the base of the crown using glue.

To complete the pattern, all that remains is to add additional diamonds around the snowflake.

The product is turned over on the back side and thoroughly coated with glue.

The crown is left to dry.

It is important to know! To make the accessory hold its shape better, you can spray it with hairspray.

It is better if twisted in the shape of a slight roundness, but it is important to remember that such a crown may become wrinkled during use;
may include not only the presence of a crown, but also other attributes, such as a magic wand, so you can make different stars, flowers, and cut out interesting figures from the leftover foil;
When the DIY foil crown ring is ready, you need to fasten the two edges of the foil in the shape of a circle. It is better to do this with PVA glue - unlike paper clips and a stapler, it will not become an additional burden that breaks the fragile structure of the foil;
Now we begin to attach arcs and interesting curls, which are twisted in the same way. You need to attach them first to the circle, and then to each other. Fantasy can be expressed in different ways.

If you are ready to use the wire, you can pre-bend and cut it.

A foil crown will hold its shape better, not sag, and will last longer.

Foil should be tightly wrapped in one row along the entire length of the wire, and then in a more relaxed manner, create a voluminous surface for the product, if this is the main goal.

A tightly wrapped foil crown in several layers will last longer.

DIY crown made from a plastic bottle
