Her Majesty rose mk astoria. Master class "roses and orchids from watercolor paper"

Choice of colors

http://ASTI-N.ya.ru/replies.xml?item_no=997

The question of coloring firmly sat in my head and did not give rest. I wanted soft, smooth transitions from dark to light, and most importantly, quickly. Ink for an inkjet printer fell into my hands, but about them later.

Choose thicker paper. A thin one will not stand it, a thick and loose one will fall apart. You can use watercolor, but before twisting, squeeze out excess water with a dry cloth.

So let's get down to the wet stuff.

White paper with a density of 137gr. Composter 3.7

Determine the center by making a hole with an awl, cut the petals.

Wet a rag, wring out not too hard, but also so that it does not flow. Lay out the parts in one half and cover the second.

We take a construction roller for wallpaper and roll it with pressure. By the way, a very handy thing.

We will take one part at a time, the rest will remain between the layers of fabric so that they do not dry out.

We will also prepare a damp rag - wipe your hands and dry to remove excess moisture.

I'll start with the stamp pads. I have pigment Color Box.

A container with a small amount of water, transparent plastic from the packaging, bent in half.

Fold the wet part in half, and then with an accordion.

Color the edge of the part. Dip only the very edge into the water.

Clamp in plastic, remove excess water. Distribute the paint with pressure. It is possible without plastic, but your hands will be "smart".

Repeat coloring the edge to make it brighter.

Slightly fold along, setting the trajectory for the folds in twisting.

Roll into an eight. On the painted side, try to pinch as close to the edge as possible.

Gently straighten and lay out to dry (when dry, they will twist even more).

Glue the two dried parts.

Using a hole of a suitable diameter, you will get a neat hole.

Fold a bunch of stamens (I have purchased ones) in half, threading the wire. So it will be more convenient to thread the stamens into the hole.

Cut off the excess and secure with glue.

Printer ink

Distress inks are probably perfect here, but I don’t have them in my arsenal.

I really liked the result with printer ink, it turns out bright and beautiful.

Why not, they should not burn out and contain toxic substances for printing. However, I won't claim it. Too bad there are only 5 colors.

Drip ink on a piece of felt (put something under the bottom).

Wet part color yellow in the center, dip in water and spread the paint as described above.

The middle is ready, paint the edge. Try spreading the ink in different directions, from the center to the edge and from the edge to the center.

But I did not stop there, I dug out the remaining color after repair.

The result also suited me and a wonderful palette is on sale.

This is what came out after staining with color (violet) and printer ink (pink)

Composter 37mm
Paper weight 120.

So, cut the paper, pierce holes with an awl and cut the petals. Moisten the paper to make it soft. In the photo on the left side, for clarity, a dry part and a wet one.
We work only with wet parts.

Build a base on the wire, I have a foam ball, about 1 cm in size. (from a children's inflatable toy).
Cover two opposite petals with glue. Wrap the first petal and be sure to let it stick together, otherwise the middle risks turning out to be empty!

Glue the petals on top of each other, creating a cone. Formed corners at the base to crush.
Perhaps this was the most difficult stage.

We glue the petals of the second part in threes, laying them according to the scheme, as shown in the photo on the right.

After gluing the last three petals, turn the edges slightly with a light touch while the paper is damp and soft.

We twist the third part at the edges, an angle of approximately 90 *. Glue three as before.

For convenience, you can use the hole in the ruler. So the petals will stick at the same time.

Twist the fourth, fifth and sixth parts and press down on a soft rug, as if rolling the tool from the center to the middle of the petals. In this case, the petals themselves are laid in one direction. (Instead of a special tool, I tried to use a nail polish cap - no worse).
The light wrinkles formed will give the rose a bit of naturalness.

It should turn out something like cups. Place the "glasses" in the circumference of a ruler of suitable diameter and dry. I used a hair dryer.

Let's continue the assembly, distributing the petals in a checkerboard pattern.

Composter 37mm
Pierce a hole with an awl in the center, cut off a little on the sides, making the petals thinner. Cut with a "Christmas tree" moisturize and twist between the fingers, each one individually, to get "disarranged".

A little about the leaves:

Composter 15mm, strip 2mm.
Moisturize leaves. Placing the awl almost parallel to the surface, we draw lines along the center, edges and again in the center. Glue the leaves to the strip.

The rose is ready, now about the buds - these are the initial 3 stages.
No. 2 - one detail.
No. 3 - two parts (stage 1, 2).
No. 4 - two parts (stage 1, 3).
No. 5 - three parts (1, 2, 3 stage).

I wish you pleasant creativity!

Added later:
Instead of a foam ball, it is better to use Jumping Clay. - very comfortably! Lightweight, after drying it looks like foam, it is good "friends" with glue.

Some girls have a cult of the beauty of their own hands and nails. I am just one of these representatives of the fair sex, constantly trying something for my fingers. Therefore, I hasten to tell everyone about the online cosmetics store that shocked me, specializing mainly in care products and ennobling hands and nails. Tools and apparatus for manicure, paraffin baths for hands and feet, UV lamps and, most importantly, what interested me - gel polish and the most diverse shellac, allowing you to do a salon manicure yourself at home.

beautiful paper rose

In order to make such beautiful roses, you will need a composter (a figured hole punch - a flower) of 37 mm, colored paper (paper density 120gr)

If there is no hole punch, you can use the template: print the template on colored paper and cut out several flowers at once

So, cut the paper, pierce holes with an awl and cut the petals. Moisten the paper to make it soft.

We cut out the leaves according to the template or use a composter

Two circles (I have 4 cm in diameter), folded twice and cut out as shown in the middle photo.

Place the pieces on top of each other and check to make a circle (middle photo).

Moisten the paper, it is necessary that it does not get wet, but gets wet, but without fanaticism.

The part folded in half, with the help of tweezers, first collect the base into an "accordion" so that there are no obstacles in subsequent actions.

Expand and assemble the edge into an "accordion" with tweezers, each detail separately. Lightly straighten the resulting corrugation and allow to dry.

While the details are drying, let's move on to the next...

From two strips of 2 mm, 30 cm long, twist a tight roll and give it a convex shape. Fix inside with glue.

A strip of black color 1.5 mm wide, cut into four pieces of 2.5 cm each and glue as shown in the photo.

Fix the strips with a drop of glue in the center, bending them inside the roll into glue (preferably with tweezers).

We cut a strip 1 cm wide and 13 cm long, finely chopped into a fringe and glued, wrapping the roll.

Let's get back to the petals.

With such an unpretentious tool (a plastic stick from a lollipop), Let's smooth out the wrinkles a little and give them a shape. On a soft rug, without holding the details, with pressure, draw a stick from the edge to the center.

Glue the details of the petals in the center. Cover the core with glue not only the edge from the bottom, but also the side to the fringe. Center the core and fold the flower into a bud (you can even compact it a little), trying to glue the petals to the core, as shown in the last photo. Let the glue set, and then unfold the petals and straighten the fringe.

For the base of the bud, RANO CLAY plasticine was used - weightless, similar to foam, only it takes several hours to dry.

Glue the petals, it is better to moisten the leaves, shape the bowl and glue.

I wish you all pleasant creativity!
