How to make a calla flower from crepe paper. Candy Bouquet Workshop: Callas

Choice of colors

Today we will tell you how to make elegant white paper callas with your own hands. Such flowers perfectly emphasize all the restraint of the design of minimalist interiors. You can place a bunch of paper callas, unlike real ones, even in a dark corner of the apartment. They absolutely do not require any maintenance, and will delight you for a long time.

First, let's prepare the necessary materials:

  • ordinary white paper;
  • yellow crepe paper;
  • green corrugated paper;
  • cardboard;
  • marker;
  • scissors;
  • pencil with eraser;
  • a piece of wire 20-25 cm long;
  • hot glue gun.

How to make paper callas with your own hands

Step 1. Let's start by creating a calla pedicel. The prepared piece of wire is carefully wrapped with a thin strip of green crepe or corrugated paper.

Step 2. At the end of the wire, using the same paper strip, create a wide pestle.

Step 3. Cut a strip of 1-1.5 cm wide from yellow crepe paper. We process the green calla pistil with the resulting ribbon.

Step 4. To create a petal, you need to make a template from high density paper.

First, with a simple pencil, we make a sketch of a petal in the form of a droplet. On its right side we create several smooth bends. Next, we circle the pencil outline of the petal with a marker, and erase the extra lines with an eraser.

Cut out the template along the finished contour.

Step 5. Draw a pencil around its outline on a sheet of white paper. We finish the long and thin tip of the petal by hand.

Then we cut out the part.

Step 6. With an eraser, erase the remnants of the pencil lines.

Step 7. After we apply burning glue to the bottom of the pestle and attach it to the white petal as shown in the photo.

Step 8. We connect the side parts of the petal together. We fix them with glue.

Step 9. To decorate the receptacle, we need a wide green corrugated strip. We stretch it so that all the folds disappear, and then glue it to the base of the bud.

We process the entire length of the pedicel with it.

Step 10. The long tip on the petal is slightly twisted.

Calla flowers in paper-plastic technique

Dear Colleagues! I bring to your attention a master class on creating flowers from paper using the paper-plastic technique. I want to draw attention to the simplicity of this technique in terms of preparing the material. All beauty is created from simple sheets, from paper for a printer of eighty grams, from ordinary office paper. It is often always at hand and in large quantities. The preparation of details for a flower is also simple. Almost all parts are straight.
The only difficult moment is to cut the plastic shape of the white petal. You should press with scissors so that the paper is cut to half its thickness. These are some microns. But once you try it, it's easy to master. I think it is because of this element that the technique is named - paper-plastic. We are used to the fact that paper can be folded, it can be cut out in an openwork, but in this version and in the paper-plastic technique in general - we see a completely new sound of a white sheet - the sheet gracefully bends along a curved line.
I am captivated by the unusual perception of such beautiful curves. Conciseness and simplicity of a flower.
Look what a beautiful flower - Call!

Flowers have a very clear simple beauty. Some grandeur and calmness is present in the lines that form the petal.
as I wrote above - these flowers can be used for decoration. Here's my ad example:

So let's start. Prepare paper forms. White sheet for the main petal. Green sheet A4 cut in half along the length of the side. And we need yellow or orange A4 paper for the shaggy center.
let's start with the details. From A4 green paper cut in half along the long side - twist the stem:

the next detail is the middle of the flower. We need half of A4 orange paper, but cut along the short side, we get A5 size:

then the orange paper must be folded unevenly:

then we cut the paper with terrycloths to the fold and twist it into a tube. You can slightly curl or round the terry, but you can also just twist and fluff.
And now we turn to a complex detail - the main petal. scissors need to draw lines of bends. We draw with scissors, as if cutting or gently scratching the paper:

a sheet of paper immediately takes on smooth characteristic curves. Next, cut out the shape of a petal and twist into a flower:

here are our details and ready!

it remains with glue (you can use any glue!) to connect the parts into a beautiful flower!
and... decorate everything! whatever you wish!

here is my humble poster
thank you very much for your attention!

callas from paper fit perfectly into the festive interior. Spectacular flower arrangements are created from such flowers, and then they decorate a room or a festive table with them. Make paper callas do it yourself absolutely easy.

Prepare some materials and tools:

  • crepe paper in white, yellow and green;
  • three pieces of floral wire;
  • watercolor or gouache paints;
  • semolina or artificial pollen;
  • pencil;
  • synthetic brush;
  • threads;
  • adhesive sticker;
  • scissors.

Step 1
First we create the ear of the flower. To do this, wrap a yellow crepe tape around the tip of the wire.

Do the same with the remaining pieces of wire.

Step 2
After we apply glue to the entire surface of the cob and place the workpiece in semolina or artificial pollen .

Let the glue dry completely. Then, with the help of a yellow shade of watercolor, we give the cob a more saturated color.

Leave the flower blanks to dry completely.

Step 3
In the meantime, the cobs are drying, we will make calla petals. We will need three pieces of white crepe paper. Fold them in half and draw the outline of future petals.

Then carefully cut out the petals.

Step 4
We lay out the blanks of the petals.

Now we give each blank the correct shape. Using a brush, carefully twist the upper edges of the petals.

Then we twist the bottom edges of the blanks.

Step 5
Stretch the middle of the petals. Your petals should have the same convex shape.

Step 6
Place the stamen in the middle of the petal. We connect the edges of the petal together. We fix the bud with a thread.

Attach the remaining petals to the rest of the pedicels, securely fixing them with a thread.

Step 7
Now we process the stems with green crepe paper.

Step 8
It remains only to create the leaves. Cut off a wide strip of green crepe paper, fold it four times and cut out these leaves.

Then glue the leaves to the pedicels.

Everything, paper callas are ready!

Now you can make out of paper the required number of callas and collect a concise composition from them.

Flowers corrugated paper can be a great gift for mom on March 8, made by children's hands.
The master class was prepared by Lyolik for Needlework Lessons.

Calla flowers made of corrugated paper for home decor or a gift are very easy to make with your own hands. In this master class we will make flowers without. I will use such paper callas to decorate a bottle of wine. A simple, step-by-step master class for beginners will help you quickly learn the basics of work.

To work, you will need the following materials:

  • corrugated paper in white, yellow and green;
  • wooden skewer or wire for legs;
  • PVA glue or hot glue gun.

How to make callas from corrugated paper with your own hands

Before you start making a calla flower, prepare a paper stencil. The petal has a domed shape, the dimensions can be anything from 5cm to 12cm. Attach the finished stencil to the rectangle of corrugated paper and cut out the flower blank.

Stretch the petal in the center, forming a small indentation. Twist the outer edges of the petal to the opposite side of the recess with a pencil or a thick knitting needle. Twist the top of the petal a little, forming a sharp tip.

Insert two strips of yellow crepe paper into the center of the petal.

Connect the lower edges of the petal together, in a small overlap - on top of each other.

To finish the crepe paper callas, insert a wooden skewer or wire into the base of the flower and secure with glue. It is convenient to pre-decorate the wire with green corrugated paper.

I prefer to work with hot glue, it's fast and convenient, but ordinary PVA glue will also work. When using PVA glue, apply a couple of drops of glue to the paper blank and wait 5 minutes for the glue to grab better. A beautiful paper calla flower for decoration, for example, a bottle of wine is ready.

Such corrugated paper callas look good paired with delicate paper orchids. I will tell you how to make an orchid from corrugated paper in the next master class.

print Thanks, great tutorial +2

In a rose and a chamomile, you can see many petals, but in a calla - just one. However, one has an unusual shape, which attracts the attention of connoisseurs of natural beauty. Therefore, it can often be found in festive bouquets or just in a flower bed.

  • Corrugated paper with a density of 180 g
  • Adhesive double-sided tape for floristic works green
  • glue gun
  • Floral wire (2 pcs.)
  • Drinking straw (1 pc.)
  • Scissors
  • Pencil

Step by step photo lesson:

Our corrugated paper calla will be pink in color. On corrugated paper, we outline the outline of the flower petal. It should not be small, but large. After all, the flower will still wrap.

Cut out two identical petals according to the pattern.

Glue floral wire in the center of one petal.

Setting up the second petal. Fasten with hot glue.

There should be a pistil in the middle of the flower. Let's make it from yellow corrugated paper. We cut off a long strip from the sheet and begin to wind it on the wire. We give a rounded shape.

The result should be such a pestle for calla lilies.

Glue the petal around the pistil.

We bend the lower sides of the petal. We fix with glue.

We expand the base by pressing the fingers from the inside. We model a flower from corrugated paper by bending the upper edge of the petal with our fingers.

At the base, we begin to wind adhesive green tape.

We pass a drinking straw and wrap it with teip tape.

There should be no holes at the base of the calla. Therefore, it should be tightly attached with green tape.

Corrugated paper calla is ready. Such a delicate flower will emphasize any bouquet.
