Do-it-yourself little train: we create a craft for children from unusual materials. DIY colored paper train

New Year

Tatyana Gurova

The wheels are knocking, knocking,

Our the train rushes into the distance,

And the smoke from the locomotive -

Whitish veil.

Half the sky closed from us,

And the steam locomotive “Tutu-tu,”

It buzzes, “I’ll be here before lunch.”

I'll bring the kids.

I'll arrive at the station,

Without delay, on time,

Then I'll go to the depot,

And I'll sleep there for an hour"

I. Shevchuk

Take a sheet paper A4 format and fold in half

Then, unfold the sheet and bend both sides towards the middle

Form a rectangle and cut it out of the strip paper window, paste

Then we cut out the circles and also glue them on.

That's it, one trailer is ready. Other trailers are made using this principle.

When we did train, the guys cut out the windows themselves from strips paper, and the wheels are made of squares.

Making flannelgraph. Master Class. Lushnikova M.V. – teacher. I have long wanted to have a flannelgraph in my group, but I had to get plywood.

Has arrived late fall. The earth was covered with an autumn carpet. This inspired me to create an autumn gramophone and write a poem Poem.

PURPOSE: development of creative musical abilities in children. OBJECTIVES: - to give an initial idea of the wide possibilities of noise.

For work you will need: scissors, colored crepe paper, glue brush, glue, black cardboard, cardboard for template, board, stick for.

Today I want to introduce you to my master class, which will show how to make a steam locomotive from modules. First of all, to make this, it will be necessary to make triangular modules. Learning how to make them is not at all difficult.

The finished module should have two corners and two pockets, with the help of which we will fix them together while working on the product. Such a locomotive can be given as a gift or used as one of the. I tried to take a lot of photographs so that all stages of the work could be clearly seen. So, let's start making our train.

For work we will need materials:

79 sheets of green office paper

22 sheets of white paper

24 sheets of pink paper

Universal transparent glue (“Contact”)

Sheet thick paper(cardboard)

Tools:

Stationery knife or scissors.

Steam locomotive from modules master class.

For such a train you need to collect 1263 green, 384 pink, 338 white modules. You can choose the colors to your taste: maybe you will have a blue locomotive, like in the cartoon about Gena the Crocodile, or maybe a pink one. In this master class we used several shades of green paper, but the total number of all green modules is given.

The locomotive consists of several parts, which we will connect to each other using universal glue. We assemble each module in the same way.

Let's start collecting from the firebox. This will be a cylinder. The first and second rows have 20 green modules each.

We turn the workpiece inside out, pressing the corners from top to bottom. And we raise the corners that are below.

Third row. 20 green modules.

From the fourth to the seventh row - 20 green modules.

Eighth, ninth rows - 20 pink modules each.

Tenth, eleventh rows - 20 green modules each.

Twelfth, thirteenth rows - 20 pink modules each.

Fourteenth, fifteenth rows - 20 green modules each.

Sixteenth, seventeenth rows - 20 pink modules each.

Eighteenth, nineteenth rows - 20 green modules each.

Twentieth row. 10 pink modules. We put them on backwards compared to the previous rows, passing them through one place for the module.

Completion of the firebox. 10 pink modules per two rows.

We put them on in a certain way, look at the photos.

The next two identical parts, on which we will later place the firebox. There are 70 green modules for each part. The part is assembled as follows: we alternate the number of modules in a row, in the first there are 3 modules, in the second 4, in the third - 3, in the fourth - 4, etc.

The next part will be located in front under the firebox. The first row - 7 green modules, the second row - 6 green modules.

Third row - 7 pink modules.

Fourth row - 6 pink modules. Fifth row - 7 green modules.

Sixth row - 8 green modules.

Seventh row - 9 pink modules.

Using glue we glue the parts together. According to the instructions, apply the glue in an even layer on both surfaces to be glued, wait 10 minutes and press firmly. Allow the parts to fully adhere for about a day.

Assembling the cabin. Side wall. First row - 15 green modules; second row - 16 green modules; third - 15; fourth - 16; fifth - 15; sixth - 16; seventh - 15.

There will be two windows on each side. Eighth row - 5 pink modules for each window. The remaining 6 modules are green.

Ninth row. For each window - 4 pink modules. 7 green modules.

Tenth row. For each window there are 3 white modules, 2 pink modules. 6 green modules.

Eleventh row. For each window there are 2 white and 2 pink modules. 7 green modules.

Twelfth row. For each window there are 3 white and 2 pink modules. 6 green modules.

Thirteenth row. For each window there are 2 white and 2 pink modules. 7 green modules.

Fourteenth row. For each window there are 3 white and 2 pink modules. 6 green modules.

Fifteenth row. There are 4 pink modules for each window. 7 green modules.

Sixteenth row. There are 5 pink modules for each window. 6 green modules.

The seventeenth row - 15 green modules, the eighteenth - 16, the nineteenth - 15.

We assemble the second side wall in the same way.

We will connect the side walls using two identical parts (floor and ceiling). There are 91 modules for each part. We collect 14 rows, alternating the row - 7 modules, the next - 6, the next - 7, etc.

We connect the parts to each other as follows: see photo.

We will increase the cabin floor for easy fastening of parts. Let's add 4 more rows: 5, 6, 5, 6 green modules.

Glue the parts together using Contact glue.

The next detail: four rows of 5, 6, 5, 6 green modules.

We glue this part into the top of the front part of the cabin.

Rear wall of the cabin. 14 rows of green modules. The number of modules in the rows alternates: in the first - 5, in the second - 6, in the third - 5, in the fourth - 6, etc. There are 77 modules in total.

Glue it in back wall to the place designated for it.

We begin to assemble the roof. We thread one module at a time between the cabin wall modules. There are 17 green modules in total.

Second row - 16 green modules (you can change the shade if desired). We insert the modules with their corners into the pockets of the modules of the first row.

Third row - 17 green modules.

We assemble the second part of the roof from the second side wall in the same way. The roof is ready.

Four (two pairs) front small wheels. The first and second rows are 12 white modules each.

Turn it inside out.

Third row - 12 pink modules.

In the same way we assemble three more wheels.

Four (two pairs) large rear wheels. They will be located under the cabin of the locomotive. The first and second rows - 20 white modules each.

Turn the wheel inside out.

The third row - 16 pink modules, four of them need to be put on two modules of the previous row. Otherwise the wheel will fall apart.

All wheels are ready. Small ones for the firebox. Large ones for the cabin.

Let's prepare axles for attaching the wheels from thick paper (cardboard) and adhesive tape (glue it together). In order to find out the length of the axle, you need to measure the width of the cabin and firebox.

We put the wheels on the edges of the axles. Lubricate the joints with glue. Let it stick for a day. And glue it to the bottom of the locomotive.

And traffic jams! No child can remain indifferent to playing with trains: the coupling process various parts between themselves and the formation of a single whole from them attracts both the little representatives of the stronger sex and future beauties.

Traditionally, trains are built from cubes or special blocks. But you can also make them from the funds that are available in this moment at hand. And since a child of any age can easily make a train out of it, you can involve very young children and preschoolers in this activity.

For example, an unusual train is made from cardboard rolls from paper towels or toilet.

To create it, prepare in advance:

  • several cardboard rolls (the more, the longer the train will be);
  • manual hole punch in the form of pliers (on a narrow handle);
  • chenille (fluffy) multi-colored wire(or regular wire);
  • scissors;
  • decorative paper tape;
  • tin bottle caps;
  • polymer glue.

If you don’t have ready-made rolls, you can glue them together from cardboard or thick paper.

So, how to make a paper train with your own hands, a photo of which is given below.

We make two types of wagons from rolls - freight cars with an open platform and closed ones. In the first case, we cut the roll lengthwise into two halves; in the second, we leave it whole. If we make a train out of straight lines paper sheets, then for open cars we simply cut out narrow rectangles, and for closed ones we glue them together in the form of a cylinder.

We decorate each trailer decorative ribbon, sticking it in different directions, forming unusual patterns.

Then we proceed to coupling our train: in each trailer we make a hole at the edges on both sides, thread a piece into it and form a hook from it. We fasten two adjacent cars to each other using wire hooks.

All that remains is to put our train on wheels. To do this, we glue caps to the sides of each trailer - like wheels. The train is ready!

Every child dreams of railway, but not every parent can afford it. Such a colorful toy DIY box locomotive you can do together with your baby. Your child will ride his toy friends in it. In addition, such a locomotive can perfectly serve as a container for storing toys - children will be happy to place their dolls and teddy bears in the carriages.

To make such a train you will need:

  • green and red self-adhesive wallpaper
  • flower pot trays
  • double-sided and regular tape
  • plastic lids
  • carton boxes
  • lining fabric
  • aerosol enamel
  • eye bolts

Banana boxes are the best way to create carriages. If the boxes have no bottom, then it will be more convenient to seal it with tape and insert cardboard cut to size. For the wheels of the carriage, take plastic covers, cutting off all the irregularities with a knife. And the necks of plastic bottles are useful for attaching the wheels to the box. Using a knife, cut a hole in the center of the cap to the size of the bottle neck.

1. Determine the location of the wheels on the box, attach the lid and circle the hole. Then cut out the marked holes. Insert the neck of the bottle into the hole from the inside of the box. Put the lid on it, then secure it with a cap - this was just a fitting for now.

2. Now cover the box with self-adhesive Green colour. Eye bolts are useful for coupling cars together. Using a screwdriver, make a hole in the box and, inserting the eye bolt, tighten the nut.

3. Cut holes for the wheels and insert necks from plastic bottles there.

4. Place double-sided tape on the inside along the top edge of the box.

5. For the inside of the car, sew a liner from lining fabric, gluing it with double-sided tape.

6. Paint the lids with golden spray enamel and after drying, attach them to the necks of plastic bottles, thanks to which they will spin.

7. The trailer is ready! Now the most difficult part - the locomotive!

8. Cut the sides of the end of the box. Deepen the wall slightly. Use a knife to cut off the corners. This will be the front part of the locomotive.

9. Cut out a piece from cardboard that is similar in size to the perimeter of the top part. In addition to the bottom, cover everything with tape and self-adhesive tape.

A juice box is suitable for the cockpit, and a plastic can for the bow.

10. Cut a hole in the box along the neck of the jar so that it fits tightly there.
11. Make a cardboard bottom at the bottom of the box.
12. Cover the box intended for the cabin in addition to the top part with self-adhesive tape.

Make holes for fastening.

13.Connect the cabin with bottom steam locomotive - the necks of the bottles should fit into the holes at the bottom of the cabin - and screw them from the inside with bottle caps. Do the same with the bow of the locomotive.

14. Make a hole the size of the bottle neck in plastic jar. And with reverse side cans perpendicular to it, make the same hole in the center of the can. Pipe - from the top plastic bottle. Paint it with gold spray enamel.

15. Tape the side of the cabin.

Greetings, Dear friends, readers of the blog Family and Mom! Today we have a craft on our website again and this time we will tell/show the children how to make a train out of cardboard with their own hands for children with step by step photos-instructions (or rather, from waste / improvised material that every mother can find at home - juice / milk / kefir boxes).

If your child, like my children, loves everything related to trains/locomotives (the little engine from Romashkovo, Chaggintons and other cartoons with trains are among my children’s favorites), then please him with such a handmade cardboard train, Moreover, its production requires a minimum of time.

In such a homemade train you can carry small toys - Lego men, Kinder Surprise toys and others. A train made of cardboard has windows and a door, almost like a real train. It can be decorated - covered with colored paper, painted with paints, felt-tip pens, but we did not decorate it, since the children urgently needed to carry passengers and they could not wait any longer))

How to make a train out of cardboard with your own hands for children (photo instructions)

My kids have been sitting at home since the beginning of February (first because of the flu epidemic, and now because several children in Lenin’s group have contracted an intestinal infection, so while this is being sorted out, my husband and I decided that the children are still they will sit at home).

While the children are at home, we come up with new games and activities every day, constantly looking for something interesting to have fun with. And the other day the kids were playing with Lego men, small toys (from Kinder Surprises and other miniature ones), which “traveled” around the apartment)) The little men were tired of moving around in the car, so the children asked to help build some new transport)) We thought and thought and came up with the idea of quickly building a train out of cardboard with our own hands (juice/milk boxes), which will be discussed below.

To make a cardboard train we will need:

  • Long high cardboard box from juice/milk/kefir (we have a liter milk box) – 2 pcs. (depends on how long the locomotive you want to make - what more boxes, the longer the locomotive.
  • Rope for connecting trains
  • Scissors/knife
  • Colored paper/markers/paints for decorating the train (we left it like that, the kids had no time to wait - we had to carry passengers))
  • Human passengers who will test the strength of the transport))
