DIY paper candies

You will need:

Thin cardboard

Colored paper

Pencil

Ruler

PVA glue

Scissors

1. Prepare a sheet of thin cardboard and, using a pencil and ruler, draw three parallel horizontal lines - the distance between each line is the same.

2. Add a fourth line, which is 0.5 cm from the edge of the paper.

3. Now you need to draw lines perpendicular to those you have already drawn. To do this, measure 5 cm on the left and right sides and draw vertical lines.

4. Step back another 4 cm from the vertical lines and again draw 2 parallel vertical lines.

5. In the place where the lines intersect, draw diamonds and, using scissors or a stationery knife, cut them out.

6. To make it easier for you to glue the workpiece, on one side of the future candy you should cut out the edges of the outer rhombus and you need to do this in the shape of cloves.

On the opposite side, the edges of the diamond need to be cut off (see image).

7. Based on the horizontal lines you drew, make the folds. Make sure that the candy does not lose its shape.

8. Now glue the workpiece, but leave the ends free.

9. Decorate the paper candy. Scrapbooking paper or plain paper with a design printed on it will help you with this.

Use your imagination - you can decorate with glitter, stickers, etc.

10. Fill the candy bar with sweets. Do this through one of the sides of the package.

11. Prepare a satin ribbon and tie the ends of the paper candy with it.

It has long been the custom in Rus' to decorate New Year trees with real gingerbread cookies and candies. And the candy wrappers are shiny, and you can eat them between games and dancing. All you need to do is tie a loop of thread to the tasty treat.

Today we will try to fit three children's pleasures into one craft: a toy, a sweet treat and a New Year's gift. All this is contained in a large paper candy, made with your own hands and placed under a Christmas tree sparkling with lights.

  1. Gather some wrapping paper, tape, a toilet paper roll, clear tape, and scissors.
  2. Cut a piece of wrapping paper approximately 30cm x 30cm
  3. Place the sleeve in the middle of the edge of a piece of wrapping paper, stepping back a couple of centimeters, and secure the sleeve with tape as shown in the photo.
  4. Wrap the sleeve in wrapping paper and secure the seam with tape.
  5. Tie the edges of the wrapping paper near the sleeve on both sides with pieces of tape at least 40 cm long.
  6. With the other side of the scissors, curl the ends of the ribbon on both sides.

Now you have a wonderful candy!

Ideas:

  • To decorate the Christmas tree, make a loop on one side of the ribbon.
  • You can use this candy as a small gift wrapper.
  • You can also make several of these candies, put souvenirs in them and play them among guests.

It does not have to be made from a sheet of cardboard measuring 21x38 cm. Enlarge the drawing by 1.5-2 times and you can put any gifts, a doll or a car inside.

Such New Year's paper candies can be hung on the Christmas tree like any other crafts, toys and garlands.

  1. To make this craft, take a rectangular piece of colored paper or cardboard and, with your own hands, draw it lengthwise into 7 identical stripes. Step back from the edge and mark 4 lines B and two A. Try to keep the patterns symmetrical.
  2. Cut out 12 diamonds and scallops along the edges of the craft. Bend the workpiece lengthwise along 6 axes and crosswise along lines B and A.
  3. Roll up a hexagonal candy, tie it with a beautiful thread and hang it on the Christmas tree.

Today we are making delicious New Year's crafts that can be hung on the Christmas tree.

Gifts don't just need to be invented, made or bought. As experience and research by psychologists show, recipients experience 30% of positive emotions from interesting holiday packaging even before opening it. Wise people have long assured us that the path to the goal is more important than the goal itself.

This means that if your gifts, crafts, candies or anything else placed under the Christmas tree are packaged beautifully and originally, the effect will increase by a third. It's not hard to check. Let's make this huge candy.

You will need:

  • cardboard;
  • a piece of silk;
  • satin ribbon or braid;
  • sequins.

Work order

  1. Draw the cardboard into equal 7 stripes and bend the cardboard along them.
  2. Make a hexagon by securing the cardboard with a stapler or glue.
  3. Tie it with fabric, pulling it on one side.
  4. Place your gift inside the tube and tie the candy with ribbon on the other side.
  5. Now you can decorate it. Glue satin ribbon or braid, attach sequins.
  6. Place a huge candy under the Christmas tree.

You can make gift wrapping in the form of candy of a different shape. To do this, just take a regular “Bylina” or “Alyonushka” candy, unfold it and transfer all the fold lines onto a sheet of cardboard, but increasing all the dimensions by 10 times. The storage of such huge candies under the Christmas tree in itself will cause a storm of positive emotions among the children.

Hello, dear readers! You've probably seen more than once souvenir Christmas tree pendants in the form of candies in stores, which in fact can be made quite easily at home. As part of this review, the “Comfort in the House” website intends to tell you how to make candy for a Christmas tree with your own hands, and the quite accessible material of paper towel tubes (sleeves) will be taken as a basis.

What you will need for work:

  • Paper towel roll.
  • A sheet of white paper.
  • Stationery knife.
  • Glue gel moment.
  • Thin red packing tape.
  • Transparent packaging film (you can take a file or a baking bag).
  • Scissors and ruler.

How to make candy for the Christmas tree with your own hands.

Using a utility knife, cut a tube 8 cm long from the paper towel tube.

Cut a 10*10 cm square from a sheet of white paper. Place the tube in the center of this sheet and place marks along the edges of the tube. We draw vertical lines along these marks. We bend the wings to the inside. Cut the wings into fringes.

Apply glue along the edge of this sheet.

We wrap the tube with it and bend the fringed edges inward.

Take a red ribbon and cut a piece from it according to the circumference of the tube.

Apply glue to the ribbon and glue it to the center of the wrapped tube.

We glue another tape along the edges of the central tape.

Place the prepared film on a flat surface. We wrap the candy with it.

We tie thin ribbons cut from the main ribbon along the edges.

You can tie a fishing line or thread to the top of the “candy” and use it to hang the product on the Christmas tree.

Well, now you know how to make candy for the Christmas tree, as you can see, there is nothing complicated, everything is done quickly, simply and even elementary!

In order to make your own paper candy You can use the origami pattern, which produces a very cute candy, and this craft itself is very simple, which is suitable for paper crafts with your child:

And here is a diagram of a paper candy, but it is more complex than the first one (you can easily get confused in the sequence of actions):

Now you can make these candies from colored paper and hang them like New Year’s decorations on a Christmas tree, or maybe make a whole delicious garland out of them, you can vary the size of the paper to get different candies. It’s also better to fold candies from strips whose sides are decorated differently.

You can make a paper cupcake very quickly with your child. To do this you need to use colored paper, a pencil, a ruler and be attentive and careful. Take the origami diagram and follow it step by step. Here is one such scheme:

In order to make a candy out of paper, you need to cut out the following shape from the very paper from which you are going to make the candy:

Carefully fold along the lines and fold along the dotted lines. All that remains is to glue it together.

    The candy is ready.

I very often make candy from candy wrappers, when I eat more than one candy, so that the candy wrappers don’t lie around, I take and wrap all the candy wrappers in one, and it turns out to be a candy. In general, you can make such a beautiful candy out of paper.

I made this candy myself for a New Year's party in kindergarten.

And although the work took me a lot of time, the candy turned out quite nice. To make it I needed:

    1. A3 cardboard purchased at a stationery store.
    2. Glue (in my work I used only Moment universal glue and super glue).
    3. Brocade fabric (half a meter was more than enough for me)
    4. Shiny braid
    5. Sequins
    6. Scissors, thread, pencil, needle, tape.

The A3 cardboard I purchased turned out to be a bit thin, so I glued one sheet of cardboard onto another to make it a little thicker. Next, I laid a sheet of cardboard vertically and drew it with horizontal lines four centimeters wide. I cut off the excess. Next, bend the sheet along each of the lines inward. This is how we make ribs for our future candy. When the ribs are bent, you need to put the first rib on the last one and glue it together. You will get a kind of cylinder. Now he needs to make the bottom. In my case, it was assumed that the candy would become a kind of box for real candies, so I made the bottom on one side and left an open hole on the other. To make the bottom, I simply placed the candy vertically on a piece of cardboard, circled the hole and cut out the resulting shape. I placed this cardboard figure on top of the hole and carefully glued it with tape. The result was a cylinder, closed on one side and open on the other. Next, I took the fabric. In my case, it's brocade. She is best suited for this type of work. Firstly, the brocade is quite dense and adheres well, and secondly, it is shiny, and this is exactly what is needed for a New Year's attribute. I smeared one of the ribs of the candy with Moment universal glue, carefully placed the fabric on it and straightened it with my fingers so that there were no unevenness. The size of the fabric must be calculated so that the ends hang freely from both ends of the candy. Next, I applied glue to each of the ribs one by one and pulled the fabric over it until I had covered all the ribs. The excess fabric was trimmed. Now we needed to decorate the ends of the candy. On the side where the bottom is, I simply tucked the loose ends in, shaped them into a flower shape and sewed them well at the base. Next, I tied it at the base with a beautiful braid.

The candy began to look like this:

On the other side, the candy should open, so I also tucked the ends in and, to prevent them from coming out, I sewed the inner fabric to the outer one; I didn’t sew them at the base, but simply tied them with braid. Now, if desired, the braid could be untied and real candies for children could be put inside. All that remains is to decorate the candy. To do this, I took the braid and began to glue it, forming triangles. I glued the tape with super glue. All that remains is to glue the sequins. The candy for the children's party is ready!

For me, the easiest way is to roll the candy the way real candies are rolled.

Take a rectangle of paper (corrugated paper will look interesting), put a ball (bead, foam ball, real round candy, etc.) in the middle, and tie both ends with a thread.

    We fluff up the tails.

If you pierce the blank with a toothpick, you get this interesting decoration for cupcakes:

If you need a larger candy, a cardboard tube from paper towels, baking film, and even, sorry, a toilet paper tube, are perfect as a base.

Here are a few more master classes (sometimes it’s better to see once!):

To make candy from colored paper we will need:

    colorful paper;

    transparent tape and scissors;

    wide braid.

    1. For the central part of the candy, cut out a square from a sheet of cardboard.
    2. We roll the cardboard into a tube and seal it.
    3. Place the gift inside the cardboard tube and secure it with transparent tape.
    4. Wrap it in pretty paper, leaving an equal amount of wrapping paper on both edges of the cardboard tube.
    5. We collect the paper at the edges into a bundle and tie it with a beautiful ribbon or braid.

You can make a candy out of paper in the following way - cut out a shape from paper (you can use thin cardboard), fold it in the shape of a candy, secure it with glue or tie it with ribbons. The size can be varied. In addition, such candy makes a good packaging for a mini-gift :)

You can put a delicious gift and wrap it.

Or another way. I made these mini-gifts with my own hands :) Take a toilet paper cardboard. We wrap it like candy in any paper, preferably corrugated, and secure it at both ends. All the candies are ready, no need to cut anything :)

This is a great idea for wrapping a small gift. To do this, we need thick paper, we need to cut out a shape like in the diagram.

Here where the dotted lines are, these are our folds, but the clear lines are the shape of our cutting; inside the diamonds can be cut out with a stationery knife. Once the shape is ready, we bend the edges and fold the box in the shape of a candy, and the edges can be tied with thin ribbons, but the large edge on the right needs to be glued with glue, it is specially large for this. So our cute candy is ready - packaging, you can put small candies or a small gift there, or make such garlands from many candies.
