• burnt out light bulb (preferably larger);
• acrylic paints or gouache and brushes;
• some firth or fabric in black, red and white;
• ribbon;
• glue (use a heat gun if possible).

So, let's begin:

1. Paint the entire light bulb white and let it dry thoroughly.
2. With a pencil we draw the front part: the face and belly, which will remain white, the rest is painted black, except for the place where the light bulb is screwed into the socket. We paint this place with red paint. Let it dry.
3. Draw the eyes and beak and let dry.
4. We cut out oval wings from black felt or thick fabric and glue them on both sides.
5. Cut out a red rectangle for the scarf and cut the ends, tie the scarf.

• PVA glue;
• branches for pens;

Let's start tinkering:

1. We inflate the balloons and wrap them in polyethylene.
2. We wrap the balls randomly with thread coated with PVA glue. The thread must be passed through a tube of glue and wound.
3. Let the balloons dry, burst the air base, and pull out the balloons from the inside through any gap.
4. Glue 2 balls together and place the snowman on a stable surface. To do this, you can glue a ring from a strip of thick cardboard.
5. Now we decorate the snowman with a cap and a scarf, and glue twigs instead of hands.
6. We glue the buttons in place of the eyes and nose with a carrot from a rolled up paper cone.

Christmas trees made from balls of thread

• thick wire;

• fabric, mesh or tulle for decorating a pot.

Let's start creating:

1. Let's make the base. First, beautifully bend a small piece of wire for the leg of the Christmas tree and wrap it with jute rope.
2. Dilute the gypsum thickly in a bowl and transfer the required amount into a Christmas tree pot, stick the stem in and wait until it dries.
3. We decorate the pot with fabric and decorate it with a cone or flower.
4. Now the Christmas tree itself. We make a cone out of paper or take a ready-made one from polystyrene foam and put it on the leg.
5. We wind balls from different threads. You can involve children in this activity; they will be happy to help.
6. Cover the cone tightly with balls, leaving no gaps.
7. All that remains is to decorate our cozy woolen beauty. Glue on beads, fabric flowers, or whatever you want.

You can make such a Christmas tree without a base from a pot and a stem, just a cone of balls. It's both easier and faster. You can add sisal balls to the balls, if you have them, or make balls from coffee beans by simply pasting over thick lumps of paper colored brown with coffee beans.

Winter New Year wreaths

Such wreaths are classics of the genre. They decorate the room in winter, preparing for the New Year. They can be made from whatever is at hand; they can be used:

• spruce branches;

• chestnuts;
• pieces of paper or cardboard;

You need to stick the selected elements tightly onto the base, you can combine them, and then decorate them with a ribbon bow on the side and hang them on a string.

This wreath can be sprayed with glitter varnish or gold or silver spray paint.

This craft will also be used in children's games. Make several trees with your child (the tree presented in this master class was made together with a 5-year-old child). They can be used when constructing courtyards with houses and trees, gardens.

In this case, the houses are made from construction kits, and the trees are three-dimensional crafts. Thus, the child will clearly see the need for his work. One tree can be made together with the baby, and the “average” 5-year-old child can make the rest himself.

For work we will need materials:

How to make a three-dimensional tree

Glue two sheets of colored cardboard together. In this master class we took cardboard of different colors, this makes the tree more fun. But you can also use two sheets of cardboard of the same color, then the tree trunk will be the same color on all sides. We completely lubricate the wrong sides of the cardboard with glue stick and press them tightly against each other. To prevent the cardboard from warping, you can put it under a press - a stack of books - for a while. This stage can be completed together with your child.

On a sheet of cardboard (can be a boxed one or the crust of a paper folder) draw the outline of a tree. This will be the template. It should be cut out, so it is advisable to draw the branches thick and not very long. It is advisable to leave the making of the template to an adult.

Fold sheets of colored paper in half. On the wrong side, coat one half with glue. Glue the halves to each other. We also put it under pressure for a while. In the future, we will make leaves for the tree from these sheets, this determines the choice of color.

If the tree is supposed to be autumn, then the paper should be chosen yellow, orange, red. For a winter tree there will not be leaves, but white or blue snowdrifts. The choice is yours. It would be possible to use double-sided paper, but it would not be as thick, i.e., durable. And this is important if the tree will be used in children's play. Gluing sheets can be done together with your child.

We trace the tree template on a cardboard sheet with either a pencil or pen. You should circle the template twice.

You can trace with your child, and leave the cutting to the child himself. In the photo on the left, the part was cut out by a child, on the right - by an adult.

We make leaves. To do this, cut sheets of colored paper into strips. We fold the strip like an accordion. Draw a leaf on one part with a pencil. And the child cuts it out.

Children usually like it when cutting out one leaf, they get several at once.

We make cuts on both parts-trunks. On one part there is a vertical cut from bottom to middle, on the other - from top to middle. We will leave this stage to an adult.

We insert the parts into each other into the cuts. Now our tree will be stable.

And the last thing is gluing leaves onto tree branches. You can arrange a competition to see who can stick their pile of leaves onto the branches the fastest.

At the beginning of December, the idea was in the air to decorate the group’s space with New Year’s decorations in the form of a “New Year’s winter forest.” The task arose - to decorate the corner so that the children not only enjoyed the view of the forest, but could also play in it. From waste materials, the choice fell on boxes from under vegetables for trees.
I presented the trees exactly as Fyodor Tyutchev described the forest in his poem:
Enchantress in Winter,
Bewitched, the forest stands,
And under the snow fringe,
motionless, mute,
He shines with a wonderful life.

1. When the tools are ready, you can start.

2. Using a pencil or marker, draw the outline of the tree, mark a through space between the branches and the trunk of the tree to give the tree a winter look and openwork.

3. Now we take a pocket knife and begin to gradually cut out the interior of the tree.

4. This is what you get.

5. Then we cut out the contour of the tree. Be sure to leave the contour of the ground to the left and right of the tree at a height of 2 cm from the bottom of the cardboard. The bottom of the cardboard serves as the base of the tree.

6. Part of the cardboard box is useful for vertical fastening at the back of the tree (for a stable position of the tree in space).

7. I tried to attach the cardboard mount to the back of the tree using tape, but it didn’t stick.

8. It would be good to fit the mount as a stand for wood tightly to the workpiece, cut off the excess with a knife.

9. Use strips of paper to glue the joints between the fastening and the wood blank. It is better if you take the paper to match the color of the cardboard. I took white strips of paper so that the places where the joints were glued could be better seen.

10. When the fastening is ready, you can proceed to painting the wood. Take a large brush, white gouache and a little water in a glass.

11. If you apply PVA glue along the edge of the tree crown and sprinkle chopped tinsel, it will turn out beautiful and festive.

12. And these were the trees that decorated the interior of our group.

13 You can make a Christmas tree in exactly the same way, only I left it fluffy, without cutting out the air space between the spruce legs. Why isn't she beautiful?
