Modular origami Angel assembled from triangular modules measuring 3.7 x 5.3 or 1/32 of an A4 sheet.

Modular origami angel consists of: 1124 white, 222 beige, 84 blue. Also for the origami angel hair you need yellow paper 1 A4 sheet. The height of the angel was 20 cm.

1. Angel dress The dress consists of 696 white and 80 blue modules.

1-2 rows, collect 14 white modules in each row, close them in a ring.

3.4 rows - increase the number of modules to 18 in a row.

Rows 5,6,7 are again increased to 22 modules per row. 22 modules per row.

8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 rows are increased to 26 triangular modules. Each row has 26 modules.

We increase the 16th row to 30 origami modules.
17,18,19,20 rows increase the number of modules by 2 modules. Each row has 32 modules.

We increase rows 21,22,23,24 to 40 modules in each row.

Row 24 alternate modules 4 white 1 blue and so on for the entire row. In total you will get 32 white and 8 blue modules.

The 26th row now in each of the 8 fragments you will get 1 blue 2 white 1 blue - 16 modules of each color.

27th row - continue to reduce the number of modules in each fragment until you complete each of them with a blue module (see photo below).

2. Angel hands
For each hand you will need 38 white, 2 blue and 1 beige modules.
Assemble the hands alternating 3 white - 2 white - so 8 times, then insert 2 blue modules and 1 beige one into them. Give your arms a curved shape.

3. Angel wings
For the wings you will need 352 white triangular modules.
There are 4 modules in the 1st row,
in the 2nd row - 5,
in the 3rd - 6 modules,
there are 7 modules in the 4th row.
in the 5th row - 8 modules
6th row 9 modules.
7th row - 10 modules.
Collect 2 of these blanks.

8th row. We combine the two parts together. There are 21 triangular modules in a row.

9th row - reduce by 1 module - only 20 white. So alternate 7 more rows (20 module - 21 modules) including the 9th.

Row 16 we begin to divide our wings in half. There are 9 modules on each edge - a total of 18 in a row.

Assemble each part to the end, decreasing 1 module per row with each row until 1 module remains.

4. Angel head
The head consists of 220 beige modules.

1,2 rows of 12 modules in a row, close in a ring.

3.4 rows are increased to 14 modules in each row

5.6 rows are again increased to 16 modules per row

7,8,9,10 rows - increase the number of modules to 18 modules in each row.

Rows 11 and 12 - 16 modules per row. We begin to reduce the number of modules in reverse order, that is, by 2 modules every 2 rows.

Rows 13 and 14 - 14 modules per row.

Rows 15 and 16 - 12 modules per row. The head is ready.

While the head is not attached to the body, it is necessary to add hair. For this we need 1 yellow sheet of A4 format. Cut pieces measuring 2 x 5 cm and cut each of them into another 5 parts without cutting to the end so that it is convenient to glue. Wait until the glue hardens well, you can twist the hair with the tip of the scissors to make curls.

Option 1

To make two Christmas angels you will need:

a printer to print the drawing;
a sheet of beautiful thick paper, preferably different colors on both sides (A-4 format for 2 angels);
scissors;
hole punch to make a hole for the thread;
a small piece of beautiful thread (20-25 cm) to hang toys.

To begin, download a drawing - a diagram - to your computer and paste it twice into a separate document. Load a sheet of beautiful colored paper into your printer and print the design of the two angels directly onto the paper.

If your printer does not accept thick paper for crafts, you can make a drawing on plain paper and use tracing paper to transfer the image onto a colored sheet.

Cut out the future angel templates according to the gray lines.
Fold the paper blanks as shown in the photo and form your Christmas angels.

gold or silver wrapping paper (or other color of your choice);
a piece of cardboard for stabilizer;
glue;
scissors;
